Do you have Delmarva’s neediest roof? You could be the next winner of Spicer Bros. Construction‘s “Delmarva’s Neediest Roof” contest. The winner will receive a new roof, free of charge! Entries will be accepted beginning Thursday, October 1st. According to the company, “We are looking for a family that is in dire need of a new roof but just does not have the financial means to get it done. We will be asking for mandatory photos, a short story explaining the hardship and family situation, as well as the address.
